Very enjoyable stay. Great location and lovely pools and bbq facilities onsite.
Very comfortable and quite well equipped apartment. Very good facilities.
Some doonas needed replacing due to yellow stains, very off putting. Only found when had to remake bed near end of stay. This kind of thing should be regularly monitored and replaced.

Pool area was locked on my last morning until 9 am. That inconvenienced me and many other guests.

What was the highlight of ULTIQA Burleigh Mediterranean Resort
It was very nice, great location, lovely furnishings, kitchen and bathroom a bit dated.
The location is wonderful and the apartment very nice. The second bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners. Some of the glasses in the kitchen cupboard were dirty and had to wash before use. The courtyard was very nice and would be wonderful for small children. The Christmas card and chocolates were a very nice gesture and made us feel welcome.
A final check for cleanliness should be done before guests arrive. The dirty floor in the bathroom and the dirty glasses in the cupboard were obvious so not hard to see on quick inspection. Air-conditioning unit in second bedroom made noises all night whether switch on or off, it was a sound of water escaping from a drain. The occupants got no sleep. The lady in the reception wasn't a customer service person. She was not a warm smiling greeter, I felt as if I was a nuisance to her checking in and when I said I had spoken to someone at the property, she said well that must have been central office, you spoke to no one here. I felt like I had done something wrong. Otherwise she was very efficient and forthcoming with information when prompted.
